What are the visiting hours?
10:00am to 8:00pm daily. These hours are to protect the privacy and comfort of other patients and to facilitate care giving as well.

If special arrangements need to be made outside of the general visiting hours, please contact administration in advance. Thank you.

What are the reception office hours?
Reception hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm.

What are the business office hours?
Office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

What about parking?
Visitors: Valet parking, 8:00A.M. to 6:00P.M
Staff: Subterranean level of the north garage
Physician/Ambulance: South garage in designated areas.
Private Duty/Caregivers: No parking in the facility.

What services do you provide?
The Centre offers comprehensive Skilled Nursing Services. These programs and services accommodate a full range of demographic and medical-needs populations. The services will be provided by direct Centre staff in conjunction with leading national providers of specialty healthcare services. Basic Services include a Restorative Nursing Program, 24 Hour Nursing Care, Recreational Therapy, Dietary Services, and Social Services.

What should I expect immediately upon arrival to The Centre?
A nurse will introduce himself/herself and collect the important paperwork transferred with you upon arrival. A Licensed Nurse will assist you. Vital signs will be taken and your physician's orders will be verified.

Can I contact my physician at any time?
Yes. You have the right to choose your doctor as well as contact him/her at any time. The Nursing Supervisor is also available to assist you with contacting  your doctor.

What should I NOT bring?
Appliances with electrical wiring or heating elements (electric blankets, hair dryers, plate warmers etc.)  Anything with a great deal of value.
