We understand the critical role skilled nursing plays in the rehab process

The Centre's skilled nursing programs provide specialty care to stabilized medically complex residents.  Basic services include a Restorative Nursing Program, RN supervised 24 Hour Nursing Care, Recreational Therapy, Dietary Services, and Social Services.

Recovering from a procedure or illness can often mean undertaking an extended journey of inpatient rehabilitation to re-learn how to function independently.  Centre residents receive daily skilled care under the supervision of a registered nurse.   Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living is provided by nurse assistants along with a variety of programs to meet resident needs.

Our restorative nursing programs accommodate a full range of diverse medical conditions. These services are provided by direct Centre staff in conjunction with leading national providers of specialty healthcare services.
